eShine uses Canada Post as our shipping service. All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days (depending on time received). Tracking numbers are automatically supplied at time shipped. Two services are offered, Canada Post Expedited (2-6 days) and Canada Post Xpresspost (1-2 days). Shipments to a P.O Box or any other box is shipped at the risk of the buyer. Any shipments not received or delivered at a "Box" address will not be insured by eShine Canada.
eShine WILL NOT leave packages without a signature (Leave on porch, leave on rear deck etc). If you are not home during the daytime to receive the package, Canada Post will hold the package at depot for up to 15 days for pick up. Canada Post depots have extended hours so packages can be picked up evenings.
eShine will only ship to the address registered to the card holder or the PayPal confirmed address. Alternate shipping address can be arranged by contacting us via email, I.D. may be required (Scanned or digital photo).
Refunds are given, less shipping and handling charges for items returned unused in new condition with original packaging within 30 days of arriving. Customers must email info@eShine.ca to receive a Return Authorization number. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted. Any order that qualified for free shipping will have the free shipping offer void and charges will be deducted for that particular order.
Out Of Stock Items
We strive to re-stock all of our products quickly and timely, however there are times where we may be out of a desired item. We try to update products to reflect actual stock, but sometimes they are incorrectly listed as in stock. We do not guarantee stock of our products. You will be contacted within 3 business days if there are any problems with your order.
If you are able to purchase an item that is in fact out of stock you will be contacted via e-mail. You will be given a choice of waiting for the product, replacing the product, or refunding the product. Your order will be shipped in one shipment after you have been contacted.If you would like to order a product that states “notify when back in stock” please click the link. You will then be notified when the product is back in stock via e-mail.

The regular rate of points is equal to 5% so if you place a $100 order, you will have a $5 credit that can be used on future orders. You must create an account to qualify and track your points.
